What is your return policy?


NO REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGES ON DAMAGED ITEMS.


NOTE-Some skin care items such as Body Butters are likely to melt due to  transport  heat. Nurzelab will not refund.


Customers have Seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Shipping will not be returned nor the responsibility of the returned.
